Restoring you back to optimal health

Eating a balanced diet, rich in nutrients, plays a crucial role in helping the body restore balance and regain natural health. Nutritional therapy uses food, supplementation and lifestyle changes to support a multitude of health conditions and alleviate and eliminate symptoms.  These include: digestive issues, hormonal imbalance, fertility issues, autoimmune conditions, energy and fatigue issues, skin complaints, disordered eating, weight management, stress, anxiety, low mood and diabetes. Some key areas of my work include:

We are all unique and whether you need support with weight loss or weight gain, nutritional therapy can help you create the healthy eating habits required to feel great in your body. Nourishing your body with the right fuel; learning how and when to eat and freeing yourself from years of yo-yo dieting can be life-enhancing and liberating. As well as significantly reducing your risk of developing serious health problems.

Optimise your digestion with good nutrition. Did you know many common symptoms such as: bloating, constipation, flatulence, diarrhoea, nausea, reflux, heartburn and abdominal pain and discomfort, can be overcome by eating the right foods? By choosing foods that soothe, nourish and repair the digestive tract and removing foods that trigger inflammation you can overcome the distressing symptoms caused by IBS, inflammatory bowel disease and other digestive disorders.

Hormones play a vital role in our physical, mental and emotional health. Yet sadly, they can soon become out of balance due to environmental toxins, poor food choices and the stresses of modern life. Nutritional therapy can support a multitude of hormonal issues such as: PMS, menstrual irregularities (heavy, painful, irregular periods), breast pain, PCOS, endometriosis, menopausal symptoms, low testosterone in men, infertility, as well as adrenal and thyroid health.

In the time of COVID19, it may seem more important than ever to eat a well balanced diet to strengthen and balance your immune system. Yet caring for our immunity has always been important for optimal health and to starve off: cold, flu, infection and more serious conditions such as cancer. Nutritional therapy can help you understand which foods strengthen and weaken immunity, as well as highlighting any nutrient deficiencies that may compromise your immune system and overall health.

Nourish your body, transform your health

In today's world to achieve a sense of well-being, health and a life lived to the full, we need to ensure that we nurture and cherish our bodies as well as our minds. Food is one of life's greatest pleasures and nourishing your body with the right kind of nutrition should be a joy yet it can often feel overwhelming: many of us are confused about what to eat, or how to eat for our own unique health needs. Whether you are seeking advice with a particular health issue or simply want to enhance your health and vibrancy,

Nourished Living nutritional therapy is here to support you.

Registered Nutritional Therapist

Healthy living has transformed my life. In my early 30s I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Years of treatment left me feeling exhausted. I was eventually diagnosed with ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, a misunderstood condition for which I received very little support. I was told I needed to accept and live with it, yet intuitively I knew this was not true. Through studying nutrition and understanding the interconnected nature of the body, I was able to take back control of my own health and tackle the root cause of the problem. My mission is to share my knowledge and empower others to take charge of their own health and return to a place of balance and wellness through Nourished Living.

Nourished Living nutritional therapy recognises the uniqueness of each client. I offer uncomplicated, flexible guidance designed to fit around you and your lifestyle.
