Healthy living has transformed my life. In my early 30s I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Years of treatment left me feeling exhausted. I was eventually diagnosed with ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, a misunderstood condition for which I received very little support. I was told I needed to accept and live with it, yet intuitively I knew this was not true. Through studying nutrition and understanding the interconnected nature of the body, I was able to take back control of my own health and tackle the root cause of the problem. My mission is to share my knowledge and empower others to take charge of their own health and return to a place of balance and wellness through Nourished Living.
Nourished Living nutritional therapy recognises the uniqueness of each client. I offer uncomplicated, flexible guidance designed to fit around you and your lifestyle. During the consultation process, your needs will be individually evaluated and you will be provided with a nutritional plan as well as lifestyle guidance.

An initial consultation lasting 1.5 hours where we will discuss your health history, existing health ailments, food preferences and goals for the future.

Initial consultation: 60-90 minutes and costs £100. Reduced rate £60.
Followup consultation: 30-45 minutes and costs £50. Reduced rate £30.
At least 1 followup consultation is recommended 4-6 weeks post the initial consultation. Followup appointments can be booked in as and when necessary.
